AL ROOH AL THAHBIYA Technical Services provides technical services, property maintenance and home renovation support across Dubai, UAE. We work with homeowners, tenants, landlords, property managers and businesses — on the everyday technical work a property depends on, and on the larger projects that change it.

What we do

Our technical work covers air conditioning and HVAC — split units, ducted systems, package units, VRV/VRF systems and chillers — together with ventilation and air filtration. We carry out electrical installation, maintenance and repair, from fittings and fixtures to distribution boards and breakers, and plumbing and sanitary work, from leaks and blockages to water heaters, pumps and tanks.

Alongside the technical trades, we handle glass and aluminium doors, windows and shopfronts; floor and wall tiling; swimming pool cleaning and maintenance, including pool equipment; false ceilings and light partitions; interior and exterior painting; and carpentry and wood flooring.

Home maintenance and renovation

Many requirements start small: a repair, a replacement, a room that needs refreshing before a new tenant moves in. Others become full renovations of kitchens, bathrooms or complete villa and apartment interiors.

Because these services sit under one business, we can look at a property as a whole and bring the right trades together in the right order, instead of leaving the customer to coordinate separate contractors.

How we work

We keep the process straightforward. Customers send their requirement by WhatsApp, phone, email or our enquiry form — photos help. We review it, ask what we need to understand the job, arrange an inspection where one is required, and provide a clear scope and quotation before work begins.

Our aim is practical solutions that suit the property, the budget and the customer's timing, with a team that is easy to reach while the work is under way.
